Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC)
All travelers who aren’t Malaysian citizens must fill out the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online at least 3 days before entering Malaysia. This applies no matter which country you’re coming from.

Now let’s discover how do we travel from Singapore.
Step 1: Travel to Jurong East MRT Station
Take MRT (Metro/Train) to Jurong East.
Walk to Jurong East Bus Interchange

Step 2: Ride CW Bus to Tuas Checkpoint
At the interchange, board CW3, CW4, or CW4S — all go to Tuas 2nd Link Checkpoint.
First bus: 7:30 AM
Duration to SG Immigration: ~20–30 mins
Fare: S$5

- NETS FlashPay not accepted
Step 3: Immigration Procedure
At Singapore Checkpoint:
Alight, clear passport, and reboard the same CW bus (show ticket again).
At Malaysia Immigration:
Alight for passport check.
Important: Do NOT reboard the same bus.
Step 4: Board CW7L to Sunway GRID
After exiting Malaysia Customs:
How to identify CW7L bus:
Look for CW7L sign clearly displayed at the front of the bus.
It’s typically yellow-colored, like other Causeway Link buses.
The route sign will say something like:
“CW7L — CIQ 2nd Link to Sunway GRID / Medini / Mall of Medini”
Need help?
Visit the Causeway Link assistance booth near the bus queue — just ask the staff for CW7L to Sunway GRID and they’ll point you in the right direction.
You may also ask the bus driver/conductor to inform you when you arrive at Sunway GRID.

Returning from Sunway GRID to Singapore
Board CW7L again from Sunway GRID to Tuas Checkpoint.
Confirm with the driver if the bus is going to the immigration
Clear Malaysia and Singapore Immigration.
You may reboard any CW bus:
- CW3/CW4/CW4S to Jurong East bus interchange. Walk to Jurong East MRT station
- CW6 to Boon Lay MRT station
- CW7L to Tuas Link MRT station
